Survey
The longest survey ever, which I'm working on answering
(skipped numbers mean I was bored and didn't feel like doing that question)

Start At the Beginning yourself

50. Have you ever saved someone's life or had your life saved? I don't think I've saved anybody's life, no. And other than some pretty serious illnesses when I was young, I don't remember any life threatening situations either.

51. Make up a definition for the following silly words:

fruitgoogle: When you look up the history of your oranges to make sure they're safe to eat.

ambytime: What a small child would call chatting with Abby

52. What was the last thing you made with your own hands? Does writing count? If writing, then my article about the flooring company for Sunday's paper. Photography it was the set of pictures of my cat and the mysterious moved curtain. If none of that counts, then honestly I dont' remember. And that's sad.

53. What was your favorite toy as a child? Sally Sunshine, my rag doll. I couldn't sleep withotu her in my bed. Then there was also Leo, my big lion.

54. How many tv's are in your house? Since I live by myself, only one. If you asked how many computer monitors are in my house, the answer would be three. Interesting, methinks.

55. What is your favorite thing to do outside?: What a perfect question to read right as it starts to thunder. Things like sitting in the shade talking to friends or eating or reading books.

57. Have you ever dreampt a dream that came true? There's a psychological theory that says when peoplel think that happens, it wasn't really that a dream came true but that they're rationalizing the weird feeling with something slightly logical but that it's something else. Psycho babble aside, yes.

58. Have you ever been to a psychic/tarot reader? Yes, but the only one I didn't think was full of it was Amira, who really was only using her reading to help me "unblock" my creative mind. It worked.

59. What is your idea of paradise? Being able to do whatever I want whenever I want, regardless of time or money.

60. Do you believe in heaven and if so what is it like? I do, but I think that trying to imagine or qualify heaven is just a stupid thing to do. We can't even comprehend it, so we should just be glad it's there. Whatever it is, it's good.

61. Do you believe in Hell? Not the fire and brimstone version no. I think people that truly deserve it (if there have been more than a handful of those) are just rotting somewhere, or even just ceased to exist. I can't beleive in a God that would knowingly torture people for less than a dang good reason.

62. What one thing have you done that most people haven't? Walked up a mountain with a girl in a tutu and a Swedish guy in a viking hat.

64. Are you a patient person? This question makes my friends laugh. Of course I'm not.

65. What holiday should exist but doesn't? Oscar Night should be a national holiday.

66. What holiday shouldn't exist but does? Valentine's Day. It's cheap and sucky all around. And it's ruined the color red.

67. What's the best joke you ever heard? What did the farmer say when he lost his tractor? Where's my tractor.

You had to be there.

69. Is your hair it's natural color? Almost. I haven't done any coloring to it in about six months, except some lemon juice-y highlighting spray to make it not be boring brown.

70. Do you have any deep dark secrets or are you pretty much upfront? I'm upfront with Cyn and Zoe, everybody else only gets peices.

71. What is under your bed right now? Two matching metal boxes, one with random stuff and one with manicure stuff for when I actually take care of my nails. Then a big storage box with winter clothes and bags.

73. If you drive do you frequently speed? Sadly, yes.

75. What song was on the last time you danced with someone? Fast? I don't remember, I dance by myself a lot. Slow? Unchained Melody with Zoe at Chris and Deanne's wedding reception. He doesn't dance much.

77. What is the first animal you would run to see if you went to the zoo? I go through zoos in logical order so I can see everything. But the ones I try not to miss are any otters or other cut frolicky animals and any big cats.

79. If the earth stopped rotating would we all fly off? We'd probably die of other causes first, since it would take a while for it to slow down and that would just screw up everything.

80. What is the one thing that you love to do so much that you would make sacrifices to be able to do it? Spend time with Zoe or Cyn.

81. If you (and everyone) had to lose one right or freedom but you could pick which one what would you pick? Freedom to assemble. I never can make a point with other people around because they're usually screwing it up.

82. If you had to choose would you live on the equator or at the north pole? Equator, since I would be more depressed about the weather if I was also alone.

83. Would you rather give up listening to music or watching television? Since I don't have cable, I think the answer is obvious. But it's a stupid question.

84. What do you think makes someone a hero? Oooh, philisophical questions in an online survey! I won't answer this one because it would be a dissertation. So I'll just say: Peter Parker. : P

86. Name one thing that turns your stomach: Beads. No, I'm serious.

87. What was the last thing you paid for? *counts back* Cards at Hallmark to send to the boy.

88. Is there magic even in mundane things? Well, duh. If you can't see that, then I'm really sorry.

89. Get anything good in the mail recently? Latest neat thing was This is Spinal Tap from Netflix.

90. Which would you rather take as a gym class...dancing, sailing, karate, or bowling? Dancing, in a heartbeat.

91. In Star Trek people 'beam' back and forth between different places. [removes technical description of the transporter and how it really works and such] Is the person who gets beamed the same person on both ends? No. But are they a completly different person? No. We spent like two weeks on this in class, and suffice it to say a-I don't know and b-I'm never going to go through the process myself so it doesn't matter to me personally.

92. What insects are you afraid of? I hate 99% of the insect populatiton, but I'm not as much afraid as grossed out or annoyed by them. Specifically spiders and earwigs.

93. If you could print any phrase on a t-shirt, what would it say? I've got a list but right now "The truth doesn't fall far from the tree"

94. What's the most eccentric thing you have ever worn? Want me to find my pictures from tacky day at school? I used to be GOOD at Tacky Day. Otherwise, cabbage patch sneakers. In fourth grade.

95. If you could pick one food that you could eat all you wanted of forever and not gain a single ounce from what food would it be? Cheese. That would negate half my caloric intake.

96. What are your parents interested in? My parents are really cool and eclectic. They like history, crafts, reading, all the good stuff.

97. Have you ever caught an insect and kept it as a pet? No, lightening bugs died to quick.

How about a wild animal? We've tamed feral cats before but otherwise there was just that bunny that we set free after two days.

98. What is the difference between wishes and plans? Planning means taking some kind of actual action, even if it's just making a list.

100. You are spending the night alone in the woods and may bring only 3 items with you. what do you bring? Tent, HUGE sleeping bag so that I have plenty of fluffyness and cover, and a really really good not scary in the slighest book.
